ICS Solutions implement SharePoint 2010 for Harrods

ICS Solutions have recently completed the first phase of an Intranet and Extranet solution for Harrods. The world-famous retailer hosts hundreds of brands and their staff who need to have the same access to information as employees. SharePoint 2010 improved collaboration and document sharing, saving Harrods £75,000 in printing and distribution of information costs. The solution also ensures that Harrods are compliant with government legislation with regard to recent changes in employment law. Kieron Bissett, People Management Applications Manager at Harrods, explains why Harrods chose ICS Solutions:
