Partner Account Manager
ICS Solutions is one of the most highly accredited

with extensive industry services to support Microsoft
technology implementations. From our headquarters in
Basingstoke we deliver a wide portfolio of professional
services that cover all aspects of Microsoft-based
technologies, including project management, architecture and
design, development, test, deployment, training and support.
Supporting delivery of these solutions both within ICS and
to our clients is ICS DreamTeam. DreamTeam is a resourcing
engine that maintains a pool of contractors – all Microsoft
specialists, whose capability and experience spans the depth
and breadth of Microsoft’s product set.
We are looking to add to our team with the placement of a
Partner Account Manager. The Partner Account Manager is
responsible for managing the relationship with our Partner
clients and selling our DreamTeam resource offering into
these accounts, ensuring that the DreamTeam Partner business
is sustained through relevant sales and resourcing efforts.
You will work with both established and new clients on
resourcing requirements, actively sourcing consultants from
within our pool, as well as bringing new contractors into
the DreamTeam. Key accountabilities are account management,
developing relationships with new Partners and resourcing
opportunities, issue resolution and introducing our
solutions services to clients and bringing in the Solutions
Director in to further these discussions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong IT
recruitment/resourcing background. Capable of managing
enterprise clients, build relationships and work with senior
level management. You must also have hands on resourcing
capability as you will be responsible for resourcing the
majority of your own requirements from within our existing
pool of contractors and the wider contract marketplace. A
target-achiever with enthusiasm for your role, we expect you
to be dynamic, motivated, disciplined with strong
communication skills.
Essential:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to articulate requirements confidently and effectively
- Positive attitude with ability to work well under pressure and within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, self-driven and well organised
- Excellent PC skills with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook as second nature
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Product stack to facilitate the qualification of requirements

Salary: Highly competitive salary + uncapped OTE
