"I graduated from Loughborough University in 2004 and my first role was working for Hays as a Recruitment Consultant where I was looking after the NTL account and office support roles across various clients. I then decided to go travelling around the world for 5 months and returned to work again for Hays onsite at NTL. Following this, I moved to Siemens as a Resourcer and was promoted to a Recruiter to look after Siemens IT Solutions and Services and in later years defence and cross functional recruitments. After 4 years with Siemens I moved to Hewlett Packard as a Staffing Partner to look after their permanent recruitment for the cross sectors before applying to ICS Solutions.

My role at ICS Solutions will be initially to support the DreamTeam Consultants from a resourcing perspective and ultimately to be a DreamTeam Consultant.  I was attracted to working for ICS Solutions due to its great reputation and Microsoft Gold Partner status. I am very much looking forward to making a return to the IT sector as this is where I feel my strengths are. I hope that my 6 years recruitment experience will be of benefit to you and Ilook forward to working with you all".
